I told the lady whom I was speaking to at WW that I only wanted to try it out for 3 months. Do you think she told me that I needed to call up after that 3 months to cancel my subscription otherwise I would keep getting charged?
Like hell did she! I called WW and asked why this was happening and that I needed a refund. Like many on this website, all I got was some patronising employee on the other end of the phone, telling me that I should have read the small print and realised sooner from bank statement that I was still getting charged. She told me that she reads the small print on anything she signs these days, well woop do doo for you lady.
But why should we need to read the small print for a company like WW? I would honestly think that we could trust them and that they would not try to scam us their customers for money. Like they have been had, scammed and taken for a financial ride. Good on ya WW.
I suggest you leave it to the customers to renew their subscriptions rather than this sneaky underhand way of getting more money.
I am a woman who keeps promises to herself. I have started so many diets, purchased numerous cook books, written an absurd amount of meal plans, dreamt up countless perfect exercise plans each time promising myself that this was the plan I was going to stick with.
